PRODUCT COMPLAINTS
Warranty complaint.
a) All the Products offered in the Shop come with a guarantee valid in the Republic of Poland.
b) The guarantee period for the Products is 24 months and is calculated from the date of delivery of the Product to the Customer.
c) The document entitling to guarantee protection is the proof of purchase.
d) The guarantee does not exclude the rights of the Consumer or the entity referred to in § 10 of the Terms and Conditions under the warranty for physical and legal defects of the Product as set forth in the Civil Code.
2 Warranty Claims.
a) The basis and scope of the Seller's liability towards the Customer who is a Consumer or the entity referred to in § 10 of the Terms and Conditions under warranty covering physical and legal defects are defined in the Civil Code Act of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, Item 93 as amended).
b) Notification of defects concerning the Product and submission of the relevant request can be made by e-mail to: biuro@europlytki.pl or in writing to the address: ul. Kolberga 4, 26-300 Opoczno
c) In the above written or electronic message, as much information and circumstances concerning the subject of the complaint as possible should be provided, in particular the type and date of the irregularity and contact details. The information provided will significantly facilitate and speed up the handling of the complaint by the Seller.
d) For the assessment of physical defects of the Product, it should be delivered to the address: ul. Kolberga 4, 26-300 Opoczno
e) The Seller shall respond to the Customer's request immediately, no later than within 14 days of the complaint.
f) In the case of a complaint from a Customer who is a Consumer or an entity referred to in § 10 of the Terms and Conditions - failure to consider the complaint within 14 days from its submission is tantamount to accepting it. In the case of a justified complaint from a Customer who is a Consumer or an entity referred to in § 10 of the Terms and Conditions, the Seller shall cover the costs of collection, delivery and replacement of the Product with a defect-free one.
g) The response to the complaint shall be given on paper or on another durable medium e.g. by e-mail or SMS. 3.
3 Complaint ( breakage in delivery)
In order to make a complaint about a product (ceramic tiles) that is delivered to the place indicated by the customer by means of a courier company, a complaint report is necessary (it is in the possession of the driver), which is filled out in two copies. One copy stays with the customer and the other is taken by the driver. In order for a claim to be recognised (breakage in delivery), the completed claim form and photo documentation (3-5 photos) must be sent. The photos should clearly show how many packages, how many pieces of ceramic tile are damaged.
